Pre-Authorized Debit

We accept donations via pre-authorized payments.  Simply print out the form below and return it to the church office.  Please note, any changes, additions, or cancellations to pre-authorized payments may take upwards of 30 days to process due to bank timelines.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
